In short: A beautiful day, only the multi laps of the business park and the loos spoiled a really nice event.
In full: Despite arriving early a 40 min queue for the loos seemed a bit extreme. A slightly chaotic start did hear the delay but didn't hear the start! Well done all those marshalls who did a great job and were easily visible and very supportive. The good thing about the laps was you already knew what the finishing mile was like which helped spur you on to a PB, but the initial laps up and down were soon forgotten once you got on to the roads and paths of Maidenhead.

In short: Bit slow at the start but flat and well marshalled
In full: The start was a bit of a crush but after going round the business park once it sped up. Lots of parking this year and the marshalls were great. For once I didn't need the toilet at the start and I was counting my blessings, the runner : loo ratio was very poor. Loads of people had to go for a wee in the bushes at the start which can't have been popular with the owners of the site.

In short: Class event that never loses its appeal ....
In full: With a change of venue and race route this event lost none of its appeal. This race should remain a firm fixture on every runner's calendar.Having said that tweaks should include more toilets, minimise course repetition around buisness park, mass start hiding road humps not a good idea ... apart from that what a wonderful way to spend Good Friday morning ... and the sunshine was a bonus!

In short: Good to see the new venue worked in every way and good opportunity to encourage other club runners/friends - except the LOOS

In short: Flat, but not enough loos
In full: A really lovely atmosphere, flat course, may be windy on the open bits. Not enough toilets (but then again, which race does??). Marshall freindly and encouraging. I would recomend it to anyone.

In short: a good morning out
In full: Was great to catch up with ome other runners and meet some more at this friendly race. Doing multiple laps of the business park maybe not the most scenic, but it was a good practical venue. As said before, it made the last mile recognisable which helped. And I like seeing other runners going the other way when the course doubles back, it can add to it, provided there's enough room. And there was, wide traffic free roads. The country lanes were nice too.
There were drinks stops in strange places (at mile 1?), but there's nothing wrong with having extra drink stations is there? It's not like there weren't enough. The drinks at miles 3, 6 and 9 were appreciated by me! It was a nice cool day for a run too.

In short: Will be back next year....
In full: This was my second year and I'll be back again in 2008.
Toilets were a bit of a pain but at least they were good enough to delay the start time, unlike other races I've run. Marshalls were fantastic and the course is fast and flat. Good start to an Easter weekend.
