In short: Highly recommended!
In full: Really enjoyed what is a local race for me. Friendly atmosphere, extremely well stewarded from car park marshals to those out on the road. Having chip timing is a nice bonus for one of the smaller races and having some food to go with the water afterwards a nice touch.

In short: Good morning out.
In full: Been approx 15 years since I have entered a race. This brought back lovely memories of the lovely 10k races that I used to do in the kent countryside years ago. Lovely route and after the steep hill it was nice to run thru the wooded section. Hope this race contiues to be an annual event. All the marshals etc were very supportive. Many thanks.

In short: Lovely race
In full: I am new to racing and I'm a casual runner. This was my third 10k this year (and ever) and I hadn't run for a few weeks so I was quite nervous but the course was beautiful very flat with one hill in the middle, stunning scenery the whole way. I was near the back which was a little off putting and it seemed mainly club runners but I did get a PB of 55 mins and I really enjoyed it.

In short: Superb - very friendly and well managed event.
In full: This was a great event and very welcoming. Car parking was plentiful and very well marshalled. The staff managing registration and chip collection could not have been more cheerful and helpful and the marshals along the route were efficient clear and very encouraging. Great atmosphere, great kids race to precede the main event and all in all a great morning for the family.

In short: Well organised and well marshalled, tea and cakes at the end. Could have done with another water station as the weather was so hot. Would prefer an earlier start say 9.30am next time?

In short: Friendly race with a steep hill
In full: Did this race last year and improved with chip timing. Digital display of timing would be great for spectators . Great friendly marshals
