In short: Top Orgainisation In full: My first time at St Neots, not as flat as I was expecting, but a lovely course with some nice scenery, but the thing that really stood out was the organisation, I was transfered in, in place of some one who was injured, all made very easy, minimal waiting, results up straight away, excellent. Look forward to doing it again. Date of review: November 21, 2012

In short: A fantastic friendly race - no wonder it fills up within days! In full: The organisation was excellent, the queues - minimal, goody bags filled with lovely treats, supportive marshalls and locals cheering us on, a really attractive technical long-sleeved top upon finishing and it was great having chip timing on the number, rather than having to fuss with your trainers before the race. Results were on the website before I had even gotten home from the race! I shall definitely be back next year! Date of review: November 19, 2012

In short: My third time here and my third PB here - so can't complain In full: Always enjoy this race. The run in from 10 miles means that if you pace it correctly then you are in chance of a PB. There was a lot of fog this year, which made it less scenic. The one negative about this is the parking, which is a bit of a trek from the race HQ. The first time I went you could park in a field behind the centre, but they have stopped that now. Date of review: December 2, 2011

In short: Not as good as prior years In full: I think this event is now too big to run without closing the roads. As usual, the participants and the spectators were excellent.. though I think the dense fog may have subdued the banter slightly. Great T Shirt as usual. A shame there was no clock at the finish. In short: One of the best halfs in the calendar. In full: Another good half by Riverside Runners. A few comments though. The first two miles both seemed "short" (with the extra distance made up in the second half of the race). The first water station was chaotic as access to it was blocked by an oncoming vehicle; we could have done with people handing out bottles on the near side of the road too. Lastly, I felt the marshalls were a bit lacklustre and could have been more encouraging (though I note others have commented differently). However I would stress these are minor niggles and overall it was an excellent and well organised event. Date of review: November 21, 2011

In short: Marshalls make this race In full: Cannot have a race with more support than this one. Has to be the race of the year, amazing encouragement at the finish line. Thank you Riverside Runners!
