In short: Good organisation thought it would be flat-but the hills were a killer-so no PB!

In short: Beautiful area, excellent organisation. Hills enough to wake you up and make you grit your teeth

In short: Really enjoyed this, despite the hill that seemed endless (twice!)
In full: My only slight complaint was the rather crowded HQ, as there was no main hall to congregate in, and everyone seemed to mill around outside. Not sure how easy that would have been if it had rained. But I thought the course was good - the hill that went on for a km was a challenge, especially the second time round. But what goes up must come down, and I enjoyed stretching it out on the downhill bits. And I got a PB by more than 2 minutes, so must have been OK!

In short: Would do it again... and this time be prepared for the hill!
In full: A nice race, with friendly organisers, marshals and crowds, and really quite pretty in places. Perhaps a tad cruel that the course with its loops and laps made you run past the "200m to finish" sign three times in all! The hill was a bit of a killer but then the race did start at the Norfolk Ski Club (stop laughing at the back) so there was a clue. Here's hoping this is the first of many for the Trowse race.

In short: Top marks for coping with an enforced route-change on the day (nb this means the ratings of the route may not apply in the future!)
