In short: A great local 10k
In full: A great course, which is a good mix of road, woodland, footpath and some great scenery. The route was well marshalled and the weather fabulous - I'll be back for more of the same next year.

In short: Was a very scenic & enjoyable run.
In full: I totally enjoyed this 10K. I thought it was very well organised & very friendly. The tree root orange markings was a excellent idea so 10 ot of 10 for that! Will recommend this to anyone i can for next year & hope it will be back on our running club championship list for 2013.

In short: Friendly, well organised, good race.
In full: Lovely run through the woods and fields. One point to note: Don't bring your dog as they are not allowed on school grounds where the race starts and finishes!

In short: Great route and runners. Let down by hosts organisation
In full: A great run route. A really good challenge especially in the heat but enough woodlands and shade to keep you going. No water stop was a bit punishing. Didnt seem like the place could have handled any more than the 300 or so runners that took part partly due to parking and partly due to the size of concrete playground all were restricted to (was very congested so not fun for the kids). A big issue was some kind of route mix up at about 5 miles.

In short: Run in the Sun!
In full: For me; local, very well organised and enjoyably challenging trail run through lovely Berkshire countryside. Thank you marshals and volunteers - especially for the cold sponges at the finish!

In short: The organisers had clearly put a lot of effort into making it a special race
In full: Fantastic atmosphere, very friendly marshalls, particularly the school children who encouraged us all the way around. I was very impressed that someone had taken the trouble to mark all protruding tree roots in bright orange to prevent tripping over - it made such a difference. Fantastic route in an area I used to train over many times before moving away. It was great to have the chance to race it. Will definitely do it again

In short: Really enjoyed the woods - the fields were tough with head winds ..!
In full: It was a great day out not just for the runners but also the family too. The race was tough for an average "London road runner" like me. not used to hills and bumpy tracks. The route was great and certainly a challenge - very rewarding and will definitely do it again. Very well organised event - well done.
