In short: Pleasant, mid-week run.
In full: First time of completing this course and would certainly do again. Very low-key event but well marshalled with plenty of encouragement for runners before, during and after the event. Well done Spectrum Striders, the flowers were a really nice touch to a pleasant evenings run.

In short: Really good race. Had a great time, even in 26 degrees of heat! The support from the marshalls on the way round was great. , a real boost. Well organised and will definately do it next year!

In short: Friendly, inclusive, interesting varied route, off-road and you get flowers as well.
In full: Spectrum striders continue to produce the goods with this race. It's low-key but special - friendly so all abilities feel welcome and are encouraged to do their best. Not a pb course - but it doesn't matter. Weather prone to be interesting on the day - I've had hot sun, wind, rain and thunder & lightening on my visits here (but not all at once).

In full: a nice race and a lovely route. i found the start a bit of a problem, a bottleneck getting onto the thin path, my time may have been a bit quicker without this. but on the whole well organised & great atmosphere.

In short: A nice traffic free route. great support from other lady runners, would be a good course for a non runner. Shame about the howling wind

In short: Nice, friendly, well organised race.
In full: Nothing to fault with the organisation, and the course was a nice varied one. I completely failed to see the water at the end, but then I was so cross with my time that might have been why!
