In short: False start and memento could be better
In full: False start due to lack of explanation of route and stewarding. I thought it would be better considering flyde coast running put on a lot of races. The course has lots of tight turns which I had to slow on because the ground was wet and had leaves on it so I didn't think it was a great course for a PB. A medal or t-shirt would be nice. You got a cheap pen, small banana, small water & flapjack.

In short: A well organised event, liked the track start and finish, but I do like a medal .

In short: Speedy course around Stanley Park
In full: I guess the use of the athletics track means that the cost of the race was higher than average for a race with no medal or t-shirt and certainly helps the times having a track to start and finish on. The goody bag contained very little really but the event was well organised. Marshalls were friendly and encouraging whilst the flat course offered a great chance to PB (I did!).
I would do this race again but only really if I was chasing a time.
