In short: Wonderful! But perhaps a medal
In full: This is a great trail run, hard but fair I think I would say. Very well organised and I’ll be aiming to run it again next year. And there was a nice atmosphere from both the runners and the organisers.

My only complaint is that there was no medal, I would happily pay a few extra quid to get something nice and shiny, I’m not so bothered about timing chips but a memento of such a great race would have been a lovely little addition. How about it guys?

In short: The best marshalls, the best scenery, the best race!
In full: And the best hills! We were warned to keep something in the tank for the second half.... This was my first off-road race and I enjoyed it more than any of the road races I have done. Brilliant, honest fun for a Sunday morning!

In short: Definitely nothing left in the legs at the end of this. Great fun. Lots of lovely muddy puddles to splash through this year too. Excellent. And thanks for the water bottle too, v useful.

In full: This is my second year running this race and I enjoyed it a whole lot more the second time round. The challenges were still there, but I was ready for them - love this race and will do it all over again next year :-)

In full: A really unique race. Very tough in places but running through woods and on country paths makes it all worthwhile. One of our group even came across two wild deer!

In short: Muddy and hilly, a great x-country run
In full: This was one of the best races I have run, the ropes to help you up the hills an added bonus! Marshalls were encouraging all the way round. The first half is not too hard going, mostly flat or downhill, then if starts to get tough with you going up and down steep inclines. Well organised and if you enjoy off road running then this is a must do event.
