In short: Scenic 7, one tough but unmissable cookie
In full: Far better weather this year than in 2011. Good route, impossible to go wrong but still plenty of cheery marshalls on the way round. Over 900ft of ascent, but oddly never feels like that. Great event, fantastic value and one 'not to miss'.

In full: tough,challenging race,strange for the first 2 miles to be my slowest and the last 2 miles to be my fastest due to the terrain,beautiful surroundings,a must do again race

In short: Lovely way to spend a Wednesday evening!
In full: Does what it says on the tin - a Scenic seven mile run round the Scenic drive! Hills weren't as bad as I was expecting, love the looooooong downhill at the end!

In short: The fast downhill stretch of the 2nd half balances the demanding uphill climb of the 1st half. Very enjoyable!

In full: Local race for me, so one I've done for the past couple of years. Horrendous rain this year but still enjoyed it. Scenic drive is a lovely place to run. Superb organisation. Well done Islwyn!

In full: Really enjoyed course! Tough first couple of miles go up some steep hills! Great last few miles back down!

In full: I did this last night. First 3.5 miles are tough then a steady 1.5 and then whee for the 2 miles downhill. Reminded me how really green our valleys still are. Great organisation, a fantastic race.
