In short: Great race through the grounds of NT's Saltram House.
In full: The new start on the long grass of the St Boniface rugby pitch warmed the legs up nicely! Then away under the A38 flyover to get to the pretty bit through tne parkland of Saltram. A bit of a pull up to the Stag Gate was compensated with the run back down again! That last "little" pull over the railway bridge is a sting in the tail. Thanks to the friendly team marshalling the race.

In short: Hotter than exprected!
In full: That's the last time I take notice of the weather forecast! Really felt the heat today in what was, once again, a very enjoyable and excellently organsied race. The hill just before halfway never gets any easier though and because I was terribly overdressed for the occasion, I found it even more challenging. Thank goodness everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Hope to be back next year to try again.

In short: nice winters morning run...apart from that hill!!!!
In full: nice run to do as its along some wooded path and into a country park, but that hill between 4 and 5k was bordering on offensive!!! bit unsure as to why the official results have not yet been published though yet.

In short: Good run, out and back 10K
In full: Well organised, free parking & toilets. Out and back, mostly scenic. Quite a big hill at 4-5 km but at least you can enjoy others struggling up as you motor down. No goody bag but it is cheap and of course it is a fund raiser - would do again quite happily
