In short: very nice local race for all comers
In full: 2nd year of running and again well worth the trip from Essex - well organised and inclusive. Managed to find a pb for Mrs Foon which earned lots of points for me! Thanks again Winslow.

In short: Well organised event
In full: This race is always well organised, with plenty of marshals out on the course.
The quiet rural course is hilly in places, but this provides a good test of early season fitness.
Post race baggage collection is quick and easy and the chance to buy a warm drink and a piece of cake is particularly welcome.
I look forward to next year's race, but hope the weather isn't sold cold.

In short: excellent marshals on a very cold day
In full: this is a well organised event that gets better each passing year. the support from the Lions marshals is incredible even though they were stood about in extreme temperatures. The refreshments in the school before and after the race were very welcome with cakes that were as good as any WI stall!! The scouts provided two water stations and were also very encorouraging to all the runners. well done Winslow Lions on this event. We will definitely be back next year.

In full: well organised, very friendly. nice, one circuit course. good to get a t shirt instead of a medal (at least you can use it!)

Only downside for me was it was a bit more hilly than i expected (i hate hills!) but still managed a PB! Thanks Winslow

In short: Great 1 lap course, competitive field and super friendly organisation. Worth getting up for on a cold Sunday AM:)
In full: Next to no traffic on quiet country roads, very well organised. Bacon Butties at the finish and a monster table of cake! Well done Lions club.

In short: Fab organisation, EXCELLENT marshalling, very friendly and AMAZING cakes at the end :)
In full: Only downside not enough toilets at the start. Great to have the school open to accommodate as this year very cold so plenty of indoor space to wait. Will definately do again though and great to see results near enough as soon as we got back into the school. T-shirt fine, but would have liked a medal instead (but that's just me as I have accumulated plenty of t-shirts over the years!)

In short: A very very nice local race that is managed extremely well
In full: First time here, but definitely be here again. Great organisation from some super friendly people who want nothing more than a fun and yet professional event. The weather helped no end - the course was good too, and enough of a challenge to make sure you tried hard, burned calories and if you were good enough earn a pb - which I did! thanks Winslow!

In short: A well organised local race
In full: Well organised throughout, with enthusiastic and helpful marshals. Particularly liked this year's t-shirt (bright orange).

One suggestion for next year, maybe a detailed map/diagram on display in the hall to show where the start is.

In short: Nice Course
In full: 1st time running the Winslow 10k and I really enjoyed it. Nice friendly feel to the race and excellently marshalled.

Perfect conditions for 10k running clear, sunny and cool.

The clear conditions helped me achieve a PB! Although this made me think I can’t have been trying hard enough in other races!

Nice circular course, which to be honest is fairly even until 6km when you have a nice down hill for 1km and a very gradual incline on the hill at the end. Not a lung buster by any stretch.

I would agree that the start was slightly unorganised, as there was no line to indicate the start.

Maybe that’s how I achieved my PB!

Will definitely be back next year.
