In short: Enjoyable, fun and really pretty views. In full: Great race really enjoyed it. First year doing it, will defiantly enter next year. Finished with a medal and bacon sandwich perfect ending! Date of review: May 23, 2015
In short: Beautiful scenery, friendly organisers - loved it! In full: As a newby runner this was my first 6K run and what a way to start. The bluebell woodland is glorious, and the course has great views and is interesting all the way through (perfect for slow coach like me!)
The smell of bacon butties as you finish is just the energiser you need to cross the line.
Lovely organisers and definitely doing again next year. Thanks to all involved! Date of review: May 21, 2015
In short: I didn't want to say how great this race was for fear that it will fill up next year before I get the chance to enter again! It was well organised, a lovely location, amazing views, friendly atmosphere and great bacon buttes. Date of review: May 18, 2015
In short: Scenic trail run through bluebell woods and great views on Hogs back In full: Great run, as always through the bluebells and with long reaching views, for those of us at the back wobbling on the undulating woggle. Sunny day with much needed water station half way and jelly baby booster station. Excellent bacon sandwiches, cakes and teas at the end, with enough to last to the last runner. And all for a good cause. Recommended. Date of review: May 18, 2015
In short: One of the prettiest races anywhere In full: This is one of my favourite races. It is organised by a running group who know just how to organise a race. It is playfully challenging and at time lung busting. Great mix of trails and tracks, woodland and farmland, a clever route and the sun shone.I had a fab time woggling. Tomorrow is my birthday and today was a great way to start tomorrow with a smile. Many thanks to Dave and the BVR team Date of review: May 17, 2015
