In short: Tough extreme cross country race with lots of water
In full: Plenty of hills, plenty of mud, gallons of water. Great atmosphere and a challenging cross country run. One to do again and again... but only if you are slightly mad!!!

In full: "Profile: Undulating/Hilly" - understatement of the year, perhaps? Another amazing Brutal course - hills, mud, and today's prominent feature... icy cold waist-deep water. I'm hoping to warm up in time for the last Brutal of the year on 29th Dec. Weather couldn't have been better today - just above freezing, blue sky and glorious winter sunshine made some fantastic scenery for a run.

In short: V.Steep hills, deep water, lots of mud, and cold..... The perfect extreme Cross Country
