In short: A nice, well organised event!
In full: This was a good small event which was well organised and great for first time runners! On the day the wind strong and very cold however this didn't stop me getting a 10km PB. :-) Only £9 to enter and a good medal at the end. Definitely worth doing!

In short: Excellent and well organised race
In full: What a perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday morning. Although the route was shared with the Sunday walkers, cyclists etc I din't have any problems with anyone getting in the way. Very impressed with the way the whole event was organised and liked the Diamond Jubilee themed medal at the end.
Well done to everyone involved!

In short: brilliant
In full: A very well-supported low-key race that ticked all the boxes for me. Thought a run along the prom on a lovely sunny day (being fairly near the front)might cause a few problems; but most of the pedestrians, cyclists and even dogs were well behaved. A large number even took the time to cheers us on (from their benches and cafes too). More portaloos than I've seen at some much larger events. Smiling and vocal marshalls. And the sun shone. Pleased to have travelled the extra miles to take part in this rather than the extortionally priced Bath Half

In short: Well organised, well marshalled, a glorious day for a run along the prom.
In full: Will definitely do this again next year. A definite PB course. A lovely sunny day but a bit of a shock after running through the winter in zero temperatures.

In full: As you entered the school grounds you noticed the huge number of portaloos, you noticed all the friendly smiling helpers, as you entered the building for registration the wonderful smell of bacon rolls hit you ...only £1.00 each. Then the smiling people on the registration desk.

This event has something for everybody, a fun run for the children (the cheering and clapping was so loud...superb), then the 10K, the start of which was followed shortly afterwards by a 5K.

Then the off (10K), superbly marsalled, all smilling, lots of marshalls in yellow tabards clapping and cheering you on.

Fast and flat all the way.

At the end a wonderfully enthusiastic commentator with all names and numbers beside her on an easel so she could encourage you by shouting out your name.

Then a medal, apples, grain bars, a bottle of water, then cups of water if you wanted it.

In short an event which other events would do well to emulate. If you didn't do it this year definitly do it next year!

Finally, I have nothing whatsoever to do with this event, I just like to give praise where it is wholeheartedly deserved.
