An extremely tough course: "It does what it says on the tin." Voted the top 10k in Britain in 2008, 2009 and 2010, top Trail Race in 2012. Probably the toughest 10k in Britain: includes four ruddy great hills. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll hurl. Please join in the fun and come in fancy dress.
Entry fee includes a charity donation - if the race fee seems too high for you, please get others to sponsor you for your charity donation - which is included in the race fee. If you raise more sponsorship, please bring it on the day. There are separate additional prizes for the best fancy dress runners.
