Organiser's notes:	This BARR Gold Grade event celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2009 and is widely regarded as the premier half marathon in the East of England - last year we had over 2,000 finishers. This year the cost of an online entry is £2 less than the cost of a postal entry; we'd much prefer you to enter online please as it's far easier for us to process your entry this way. This year's race is the final of seven races in the England Atletics East Road Running Grand Prix Series. Please note that the use of iPods, MP3 players etc is prohibited at this event - if you cannot race without an iPod, please find another event. You can pre-order a commemorative technical T-shirt (£6 extra) when you enter, please remember to state your preferred size (S-M-L-XL). Please enter now to avoid disappointment; the last day for postal entries is postmarked 18 November and online entry will close at midnight on 21 November.
