Located centrally in the city centre, its ideal for those living in, working in, studying in or visiting the city centre!
A fast two lap circuit, using an accurately measured 5k course, the race is supporting the Children's Trust and race profits will go to them. Runners of all standards welcome.
The course should be fast, but would suit runners of all standards including beginners. The race carries a UKA licence.
The 2013 Series comprises four races with race 2 taking place on Thursday 27th June; race 3 is staged on Thursday 25th July and the final race on 29th August.
Prizes and trophies for winners and winners of vet categories 1 to 7.
Plus team prizes and a special series prize for 1st Male and 1st Female
The series comprises four 5K races. Points scored in each race count towards overall Series prizes (first 100 male and female finishers in each race score points).
Medal and finish line goodies to all finishers plus there are prizes for the leading runners.
