Organiser's notes:	Running since 1989 with a new course in 2004 The Flitwick 10k offers a great atmosphere and good organisation with friendly marshalls. Mostly on roads with a few challenging hills on the course. Mat to Mat Chip timing, with chips and numbers to be collected on the day.
