Hi all not been on for couple of days how are the ribs feet calfs?
Did my longest run yesterday 7.68 yesterday hard going by myself have been chatting to people at my new club online tonight and a few have entered the same half as me and they have suggested we meet after club night tommorow to arrange a few of our long runs together can't wait I think that is what I need a running partner for having a chance to finish in a decent time
I have also started twice now a week very short run with my neighbour just back from Having a baby so that's a boost as makes me realise how much I have come on when I'm encouraging her to do the walk run technique
