Well done. Look at the half as an opportunity to get a good base down then do some speed work & hopefully target a summer 10k for that sub 60.
Thanks hofmeister bear, quite glad i didnt go sub 60 in a way because at least it gives me something to aim for next year.
Cheers HM4 i started half marathon training on tuesday night and trying to do a long slow run on a weekend and then some shorter runs during the week. Following a RW half marathon training schedule which is 3 times a week and seems managable .....at the moment
