Any brand new runners out there?

Hey Jo - five K is fab!

 I'm in the GNR - but haven't heard how EB is either.  We doing the New York Marathon.

 Following the training plan but it is hurting!

We need to keep in touch!

New York?!  Fab!!!  Almost makes me think about joining you ...... NOT!

 Little ones fine thanks!  DS turns 3 next Friday and is a "character" so people tell me!  He is hilarious, I must admit.  DD has just finished Y1 at school today (where the hell did THAT year go?) and is still shy but sweet!   She did her first run a few months back as part of the Fradley 10K  - she did the fun run and did brillantly - not highly placed but I reckon she was the first back of her age.  She certainly beat 2 of her classmates by a long stretch!!! 

Got them both into summer schemes for some of the holiday so I get chance to run at least a few times during the 6 weeks!

wow ur little girl grown up - completed year 1!! time flies!  DS sounds funny - i take it he finally sleeping through the night? and running sounds good!

good that u got some time to urself in summer - bet u cant wait!!
