Any plodders in North Manchester?

I'm a very slow plodder - I'm running the R4L on Sunday and really want to keep on plodding after this.
It's hard to stay motivated so if there are any plodders out there who would like a training partner please let me know.

Whereabouts in North Manchester are you? I'm more West, but if you want to e-mail me we'll see if we could sort something out. I'm also a very slow plodder!
