Begin running after age of 50?

If so, I'd love to hear from you!

I'm interested in hearing from people who took up running after the age of 50.

I'm hoping to write an article for an over 50s audience and would love to talk to people about their motivation, etc.

Email me if you're interested!

Who are you writing it for?.
Loads of stuff in a book called 'Running Over 50' and you may be better posting on the Mature thread or Over 60s on Training.

I'm 54 and started running in March, did my first 10k in 59 minutes 34 seconds in October and really enjoying it - highly instrumental in me losing over 3 stone this year too!
