Hi everyone,
I'm brand new to running and am currently rather slow and rather unfit. Was wondering if anyone knows any running groups in the Brighton or hove area which might be appropriate for me? I'm really not very fast so am wary of joining a club where everyone will run off into the distance and leave me behind! Or should I run on my own till i'm better? Any advice greatly appreciated!
My email is dozydizzy@yahoo.co.uk
Thanks,
lulu x

Hi Lulu

I'm not sure about Brighton but there's a womens only running club in Worthing - Worthing Running Sisters - they meet on Monday nights at 7pm.

Am joining tonight so will report back tomorrow!

They promise me that there are slower types there - or at least I hope so!

Will email you a phone number - they may even know of something in Brighton
