First 10K tomorrow - need reassurance!
I am doing first 10K at Blenheim tomorrow - I have found in training that I can maintain energy much better by walking at planned intervals but am fearful I will be the only one doing any walking.... has anyone else done Blenheim 10K did anyine walk and run???
Don't worry about anyone else
just run your race and do what is best for you. You see people walking in 5k's, just do the best you can
Probably a little late posting here as unsure what time you're running but my 10k pb is 53minutes and something and I did it with a walk break at each mile. People have run sub 3 marathons with walk breaks.....
