I know you breath in and out...........but.............is there any recommended way of breathing whilst running?
Breath in through mouth or nose and our through or nose, or really does it not matter?
Would welcome as I need to ensure if there is a recommended way i learn to do it.
At present i breath in and out through my mouth and try to breath slowly at an even speed.
Do what suits you.
Breath in for four steps and out for four steps. If you can run and breath through your nose then great; but mouth breathing is more realistic!
Bet you didn't know that a birds respiratory system is arranged so that air passes through its lungs in only one direction.
They get more oxygen that way as the air is always fresh unlike ours that is mixed.
