i have just started running again after a break of 14 years or so i used to run half marathons in 1hr 13 mins but that is light years away i can barely run for six minutes without stopping due to leg seizure can anybody tell me some useful exercises to do on rest days so my stamina builds up quicker i want to run before i can walk i hate running this slowly

They claim to have put together "the 10 best strengthening exercises" that can be done at home or in the gym.
