So, now we're back what are we going to do with our newfound status?!
This is my day two of eating properly... not done too bad.. just had a SMALL portion of spagetti & muscles with HUGE salad with a bit of feta.. delish.. of course it does help that we were sat in the garden - it's been muggy and hot to trot today so al fresco was much appreicated!
Did a great run tonight - after a bought of RCBA (reallyCBA) I donned trainers and out - ended up re-discovering North HIll..now that is a b**tch of a hill!
I feel that the cobwebs will return... I just ... I just .. I just CANT COPE ON MY OWN....wwwahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
All sounds good FRU!!! Trying to get on top of my eating again too, ie not using marathon training as a green light to eat everything in sight. Helps that it's just me and not me and E doing marathon as we used to pig out together! LOL
Getting lunches back on track is main thing - finding that morrisons chicken counter did lovely delights (akin to KFC in small bites ) was a BAD discovery and I visited it far too many times during Jan-April than I should have.
