Just take it steady Mr toby ...glad to hear your better though..

Well jumped on my scales this morning and pleased to report a weight loss of 2lb and 2 oz a whole bag of sugar ...it's probably not eating the sugar in cake ,chocolate etc that's done the trick ...that and 4 runs last week and 4 dog walks a day ....bloody hard though to get your mind off wanting food when your a tad hungry trying to train my stomach to have what's normal and not keep nibbling between meals when I wasn't hungry...still my house is lovely and tidy mind you running out of drawers to tidy and nothing else for the charity bags ....still garage next to clean out ...I'm determined I'm not parting with 50pound cash on the 1 st July!!!!  Only leaves a pound and a half every week to lose for the next 6 weeks ...

Not sure who recommended Freddie frogs to have for my chocolate fix but thank you I'd forgotten about those and 1 did the trick on Saturday evening for my treat ....

Running later with the Jack rabbit mind you I went out Saturday for 10 miles and my other daughter came to ,on her bike ,that keeps your pace up and constant to ... nice when your family are behind you in your goals isn't it?

Waves to all and happy running

Nice to see you're feeling better Toby.

Yvonne - well done on the weight loss.

Sal - enjoy dirty dancing ( a friend has seen it and said it was fab)

*waves* to every one else

my LSR at the weekend turned out to be shorter in time - ran a hilly route that usually takes 40 minutes (was short on time and supposed to be a 50 minute run) turns out I ran it in 33 minutes......., I thought I was taking it fairly steady.  Last night was the Sweatshop 5k time trial (although the route they use is a little longer) again ran steady and took 3 seconds of my best.  Really need to try and run slooooooowly this weekend as my LSR needs to be an hour long.

Dee why don't you for get about the distance if you get to the end of the route your running before the hour is up just keep going for the hour

if you get back home Say in 50 minutes keep going for another 5 then turn around and run back that way by the time you get home the hour should be up
