Is 202 the highest it's gone up to?
That is quite high, but mine has been known to go beyond that, and I'm not dead yet
In fact, I'm in pretty fair condition.
Your average will come down as you get fitter.
You might find it useful (if really unpleasant) to establish properly what your maximum heart rate is. Have a look under the 'Training' tab above and you'll find a method for doing so. It's no fun, though!
