Hi all..
Advice appreciated..I have now got to the point of managing 3.1 mile runs 2 to 3 times a week. V pleased but I am now stuck at this distance and stuck with the same time every run...approx 33 to 34 minutes. If I increase speed I find I cannot make it beyond 2.5miles. I have tried a little speed training and went fast (for me) for 1 mile at 9.5 minutes but cannot go any further at that speed.
I really want to do a 5k race but want to be sure I can do it in a halfway reasonable time and not be last! So...is there a readily accessible training schedule over say 4weeks that you recommend?
