I have my first race in 2 months..so i dont want to look like an idiot!

What is a reasonable 5k time? And how would I train for it?

I ran 4K yesterday, with a time of 27 minutes

This will help. There is a schedule for every level of fitness and commitment.

If you've got the time go for the sub 25 mins schedule.

A good time is different for everyone.

I suspect you'll be around the middle of the results table but either way you won't lookalike an idiot if you do your best.
