Go to Google (or any search engine site) and type in Nene Valley Harriers or even Arthur Bowden 2003 results and you will see their web page at the top. Then look for the results bit.

It's nice to see our name in Print on an offical race site!!!

NVH have another race on 3rd Sept a 5K one (approx 3 miles) we could do it easy peasy! Fancy it?

Put it in the diary then! Don't forget the Police have one in July, it's only 3k or 1.8 miles but I plan to run it with Lou if you want to join us.
