improving running technique

Hi all,

has anyone got any advice on how i can imporve my running technique, i am at the moment recovering from having a bilateral fasciotomy operation, as i had severe compartment syndrome, and have been told i need to exercise, so heres the vid

I start running at around 1.30 (sorry about the crappy gym music)

Hi, it is hard to tell from the low rear view but it seems to me your steps are too short. Were you running at your usual speed?

You look worried about running, not surprising if you have had a fasciectomy. Must have been really painful. I would guess you are out of condition? Core muscles and Pilates might help. And lots of stretching.
