Hi all,
MC,getting 20 miles under your belt will definately be enough to see you through your race.Adrenaline will help on that last 6.2 miles.Just make sure you have got your fueling up sorted so that you don't run out of energy when running at race pace, and you'll be fine.
Jude, you have made the right decision. It is hard to juggle so much in your life, and a marathon takes a lot of time and energy.
Ecky,well done on your 10k
Franny, sorry to hear you are still suffering from your achilles.I hope it eases off soon.
Rocker,i hope your heel becomes less stiff too.
Went for a 5k run today and felt ok with no pain from the knee, although it still looks bruised, and is sore to touch.Running was fine. What a difference to last weekends run in Croatia. It was bloomin freezing.
The tune for tomorrow is Just by Radiohead.
