Hey there - just a quick question from a noob runner
I have started running for the last 2 months and it's been fantastic. However during the last few runs ( I know this sounds odd) it feels like blood is pooling in my feet. For example you know when you rest/ sleep on your arm and cut off the circulation it feels heavy and weird? Anyway it has actually started to become a bit sore in my legs and feet. Does anyone know what this is?
Any help would be appreciated
Could be a trapped nerve or chronic compartment syndrome(at worst) or (at best ) your shoes and/or socks could be too tight...
But an expert should be along shortly.
How strange - I have nothing useful to add really but didn't want to read and run! Perhaps your socks are too tight? I would definitely seek more advice though as does sound quite odd.
