I missed my traing friday, suffering with a hangover from Wednesday. I'm so annoyed with myself, as i feel that I let myself down, when i miss a jog.Do ther people feel the same as me?.I'm still learning how to do posts on main screen and on peoples own threads, technology like this baffles me ow er.

I sometimes miss a run. It is annoying but it isn't going to have a big impact long term.

I was meant to be training today but went out last night & felt dehydrated today. I think I would be more annoyed with myself had I not got some evil blisters & bruised toe nails to deal with.
wow, so you missed Thursday completely? must have been some hangover. I missed a run in the week and was hungover today but forced myself out in the end. as long as it's not a weekly thing I'm sure as others have said 1 session won't upset things for you.
thanks for the other replies you have sent. Bootrunk, I like the statement about missing a sesson you can't do anything about it. But you can motivate yourself so that it becames a regular occurence.
