I'm running my first marathon on Sunday 13th in Edinburgh and am starting to get nervous - anyone got any useful hints / tips?

Nicky - why don't you come and post on the edinburgh marathon thread in events. It is very active at the moment and you will get lots of support/advice/tips. There are lots of us meeting before the start, and lots of first timers too (including me)
