Hi - a bit about me ! I run very slowly and love to run in the sun but do try and run all year. Will ocasionally run in the rain. I dont race nor do marathons but I might liek to at some point. I ran 18 miles round hampstead heath once using my GPS - yep round and round. Was a nice sunny day and had some tunes. I just got some new runners and put some pics online - not sure if thats friendly or not ?
But thanks fro the forum and the freedom to post responsibly to other runners thats cool.
