Anyone looking for a running / jogging Partner to train with in the Northampton area?
Im training about 4 to 5 days a week normally early evening and jogging/ running around 8 to 10 mile - 10 mile time around 1:48:00 so i think thats about 10 or 11 min mileing, so not the fastest - Im looking to do my long run on the weekends and free most weekends - Training for back to back half marathons in March - Silvertone then the MK half - looking to do a full marathon in 2013 . I am mixing the running with swimming and cycling so if anyone fancy teaming up please let me know
