Hi, I'm new to running as I've just recently had a baby. I wasnt ever unfit as I have danced for about 5 years up until 2010, then throughout my pregnancy gained around 4 stone and thought I could just get back into running.....i was very wrong!
Never before have my ankles hurt after/during a run? I started about 14 days ago running 1.5 mile with about 2 breaks throughout and walk for the first 0.5 is this too much or is there another reason my ankles hurt?
I run on bicycle paths just tarmac i think.
