up to the back end of last year i have had two sessions of physiotherapy for a split disc/trapped nerve in my back and rigorously follow the exercises that i was given. My symptoms include lower back pain and a tightness in the left of the groin, left knee and left calf, can anyone suggest exercises that will ease my problem(i will of course ignore any that i already do)
