I've had a really stiff one today....
Calf that is....
Did a couple of miles fartlek and paid price for it...
Think I'll slow down the plodding for the nex week to allow my stiff one to go limp....
Not sure I could cope with a stiff one for more than a week...

The wife wouldn't complain if i had a stiff one for a week though...
She likes to get to grips with it and give it a good rubbing...
Time for bed... And that aforementioned rubbing....
