Vince: don't view this as a problem "wherever you be, let your wind go free". On some other
thread you will see that for runs, taking anti-diarrhetics helps for some, but I have found
(when in need for loo, but queues too long prior to start) that the urge passes after a mile
or so.
I run early in the morning and on the S. Downs, so even on my w/end runs I encounter few people,
but offend plenty of sheep and cows, but will all that jiggling up and down, what
is your body supposed to to with the wind? If you try and keep it in, you will
get a stitch and/or stomachache. I suggest running in less populated areas...
