How can I improve it?
I have recently started running over the rugby closed season to start the season with much better fitness than I have played with before (and to help lose the love handles...)
On the rugby pitch it has often been noted that I run quite flat footed, and in quite a mechanical way. This affects my agility and sprint speed.
Can anyone help me remedy this? Will it come with improved fitness or do I need to re-learn how to run? Thanks!Jon
There's lots of stuff on youtube on running form; do a search for some of the following:
They seem to be all very similar (or the same); but it could be a good place to start.
