Hi, first time post from a novice runner. I've been running about 2 weeks and already sustained a fairly sever knee injury. From reviewing a few websites and talking to a friend in London I think my technique is a bit shoddy - head down, landing on my heels, over striding, etc. Anyway I was wondring if anyone new of a good running class anywhere near Burnley that would focus on technique or even some one to one coaching, any suggestions appreciated.
