Running form

Hi everyone, I just started running and I've been getting neck & shoulder pain from the base of my neck down through my shoulder. I am betting that it has to do with my form but I'm not quite sure. I've tried to relax my shoulders and not shrug them upwards but does anyone have any tips on running form or stretches for this muscle?

I'm no expert, but when I started in November I had pain in my shoulder - thought it would last for ever, but my body learned how to run OK - reckon the answer is to stick at it and your body will find the right way.

I did find that when I kept my fists clenched I got shoulder pain, now I run with my hands loose and find that is just fine.

Thanks, I keep my arms and hands pretty relaxed but for some reason my shoulders tense up. I found a good exercise that is helping get rid of the tension. Just in case anyone else has this problem. Start the video at about 2 minutes.
