Picking the right ones
I've recently started training regularly after years of sporadic stuff and want to get appropiate shoes. I train on routes which are part canal path/even country tracks and part pavement/roads. Do I require road or trail shoes? I have done the Mizuno shoe test online and I am a mild over pronater.
I'm new to running so not an expert in any way but I went to my local Up & Running store in Leeds and they gave me really great advise. I'd find my nearest specialist running retailer and go and ask them. I'm sure they will put you on the right track shoe wise.
yep agree ,go to your local running shop and get your shoes fitted properly and they will advice you on exacltly what you need
