Starting the run

Hello fellow runners

 Okay I am just about to bring running into my life and decided that the only real time I will be able to run is the early morning. I start work at 8 so will set my alarm for around 6 and hopefully get a run in without hitting the snooze button

 Anyone got any tips for me on getting out and up for a run? I have been doing some short runs up my gym and am a bit active already but I am trying to lose weight and nothing seams to help So I have decided to add in running and who knows it could be the start of a life time hobby.

Lay your kit out ready the night before. Put the alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
