Afternoon all!

Am seriously chuffed! (not chafed!! ) Beat my 5k PB by 3 minutes this morning in the heat plus was 2nd woman home - first time I've ever placed in anything

I'm a yes by the way, but it seems decision was taken while I was away- on the basis that nobody could be *rsed to start a new thread I assume.

Still I will miss out on the daily titles. We could have a lot of fun with Michael Jackson. ....if you see what I mean.
